How does Gukive structure its fees?

Most engagements are billed hourly in accordance with the Solicitors' Remuneration Order where applicable, but we offer fixed fees and monthly retainers for well-defined compliance mandates. Every engagement begins with a written estimate and a clear budget — no surprise invoices.

Our advisers regularly engage with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), and federal licensing authorities.
